Format
For each (up to) 2.5 hour session:
- 60 minutes moderated panel.
- 30 minute coffee break/side discussions with live submission of comments and questions: an electronic system will be set up so that participants can use their phones to submit questions and comments, individually or in groups; participants can also vote on submitted questions and comments to increase the weight of a particular topic. A sorted listing of all questions and comments is displayed live on screens in the foyer and auditorium.
- 60 minutes of discussion led by the moderator based on the ranked questions and comments from the participants collected earlier; the original panel stays on stage and participates in the discussion.
