ՀԱՅ ՄՇԱԿՈՒԹԱՅԻՆ ԵՒ ԳԻՏԱԿԱՆ ԸՆԿԵՐԱԿՑՈՒԹԻՒՆԸ ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ԸՆԴՀԱՆՈՒՐ ԺՈՂՈՎԸ ԿԸ ԳՈՒՄԱՐԷ ՍՈՒՐԲ ՂԱԶԱՐԻ ՄԷՋ
Նորակազմ Հայ Մշակութային և Գիտական Ընկերակցութիւնը (Armenian Society of Fellows, ASOF) իր առաջին ընդհանուր ժողովը գումարեց Մխիթարեան Միաբանութեան Սուրբ Ղազարի Մայրավանքին մէջ, յիսուն կազմակերպութեան անդամներու ներկայութեամբ, մինչ 59 անդամներ եւս իրենց մասնակցութիւնը բերին հեռակայ կարգով։
Հ. Համազասպ Քէշիշեան, Մխիթարեան վարդապետ, յանուն ժողովը հիւրընկալող Միաբանութեան բարի գալուստ տուաւ մասնակիցներուն իր բացման խօսքին մէջ, որուն մէջ յիշեց Միաբանութեան անսակարկ աջակցութիւնը հայ ազգին զարգացումը սատարող բոլոր նախաձեռնութիւններուն։ Յաջորդաբար խօսք առաւ ՀԳԸն վարչութեան ատենապետուհի Անի Աբրահամեան, որ ներկայացուց կազմակերպութեան նպատակները եւ ժողովին օրակարգը։
Յունիս 27-ի նիստին Գիտական, Ընկերային, Միջազգային իրաւաբանութեան, Փիլիսոփայութեան, եւ Մամուլի ու Հաղորդակցութեան ենթայանձնախումբերը աշխատանքներ ներկայացուցին, ապա կլոր սեղանի մը ընթացքին ներկաները վերլուծեցին Սփիւռք-Հայաստան յարաբերութիւններու վիճակը եւ Հայաստանի դերը օրուան աշխարհաքաղաքական իրականութենէն ներս։
Յաջորդ օրը, ենթայանձնախումբերը աւելի փոքր խումբերու հանդիպումներ կազմակերպեցին, որոնց մասնակցեցան 36 ներկաներ, նախքան համագումարին փակումը երեկոյան ժամերուն։
ՀՄԳԸն զանազան ծրագիրներ կը հետապնդէ, ներառեալ միջազգային իրաւաբանութեան ուսումնական կեդրոնի մը հիմնադրութիւնը Հայաստանի մէջ, ինչպէս նաեւ գիտական կեդրոնի մը։
Ըստ համագումարէն առաջ կատարուած հարցախոյզի մը, անդամները ըսին, որ ՀԳԸնի աշխատանքին գլխաւոր առաջնահերդութիւնը պէտք է ըլլայ կրթական եւ հետազօտական ոլորտի զարգացումը, իսկ երկրորդ կարեւորագոյն մարզը պէտք է ըլլայ Հայաստանի անվտանգութիւնը։ Երկրին հարստութիւնը եւ տնտեսութիւնը նկատուեցան երրորդ ամենակարեւոր կէտը, անդամներուն մէջ հարցախոյզին համաձայն։
THE ARMENIAN SOCIETY OF FELLOWS HOLDS INAUGURAL CONFERENCE AT MEKHITARIST MONASTERY OF ST. LAZARUS
On June 27 and 28, 2022, fifty scholars and experts of the Armenian Society of Fellows convened in the monastery of St. Lazarus in Venice, along with the remote participation of another 59 scholars and experts. The inaugural conference of the Fellows involved one full day of presentations and discussions, and another day of small-group meetings focused on planning for the next stages.
Rev. Fr. Hamazasp Keshishian, welcomed the participants on behalf of the Mekhitarist Congregation, saying the monastic order has always offered its unwavering support for all initiatives that contribute to the development of the Armenian nation. Ani Aprahamian, Chair of the Executive Board of ASOF, then presented the goals of the organization and the agenda of the meeting.
The June 27 session involved a series of presentations from task forces in the Sciences, Social Sciences, International Law, Philosophy, and Media and Communication. In the afternoon, a two-hour long round table discussion was held on past and future engagements between the Diaspora and Armenia, and on Armenia’s place in its geopolitical neighborhood.
On June 28, 36 members met in small-group meetings on topics such as the challenges and opportunites in education in Armenia, the next steps for the Sciences and Social Sciences task forces, and other planning sessions. The conference concluded in the evening of the 28th.
ASOF pursues a number of projects, including establishing a center of international law in Armenia as well as a scientific center.
A survey conducted among members prior to the conference showed that education and research in Armenia were the main priority they thought ASOF should work on, followed by the country’s security and, in the third place, its wealth and economy.
At the end of the conference, Rev. Fr. Serop Jamourlian thanked participants in the name of the Mekhitarist Congregation, wishing them success in their endeavors.
LA SOCIETÀ ARMENA DEI FELLOWS TIENE INAUGURALE CONFERENZA AL MONASTERO MECHITARISTA DI ST. LAZZARO
Il 27 e 28 giugno 2022, cinquanta studiosi ed esperti dell’Armenian Society of Fellows si sono riuniti nel monastero di San Lazzaro a Venezia, insieme alla partecipazione a distanza di altri 59 studiosi ed esperti. La conferenza inaugurale di ASOF ha comportato un'intera giornata di presentazioni e discussions e un'altra giornata di incontri in piccoli gruppi incentrati sulla pianificazione delle fasi successive.
P. Hamazasp Keshishian, ha accolto i partecipanti a nome della Congregazione Mechitarista, affermando che l'ordine monastico ha sempre offerto il suo incrollabile sostegno a tutte le iniziative che contribuiscono allo sviluppo della nazione armena. Ani Aprahamian, Presidente del Comitato Esecutivo dell'ASOF, ha poi presentato gli obiettivi dell'organizzazione e l'ordine del giorno dell'incontro.
La sessione del 27 giugno ha previsto una serie di presentazioni di task force in Scienze, Scienze Sociali, Diritto Internazionale, Filosofia, Media e Comunicazione. Nel pomeriggio si è svolta una tavola rotonda di due ore sugli impegni passati e futuri tra la diaspora e l'Armenia e sul posto dell'Armenia nel suo vicinato geopolitico.
Il 28 giugno, 36 membri si sono incontrati in riunioni di piccoli gruppi su temi quali le sfide e le opportunità nell'istruzione in Armenia, i prossimi passi per le task force di Scienze e Scienze Sociali e altre sessioni di pianificazione. La conferenza si è conclusa la sera del 28.
